Suggested Features for Folksy...

Stats

Hi, is it possible to have some kind of data to show how many views and where views are coming from so we know which promoting is working.
Thank you

I preferred the old viewing figures too - where each listing had the number of views alongside it.

Yes, that is a very good idea. I would like to see which items in my shop are most popular, and then it would make sense to pursue that type of design/object.

Being British and wanting a shop closer to home I thought Folksy might be the one to use- all the high end looks and flash promotion- but without a decent back office it seems nothing more than a glitzy notice board... is this really worth paying for? Can shop owners really say that they can successfully manage growth and supply when they don't know a simple thing about their listings.
Stats should be an absolute must- not just how many views- but where they came from, a month on month record, which item is favourited and when... take a good look at Etsy! They might be American but they've got their members interests reasonably catered for.
I've had a shop here for over a year, and each time I feel like biting the bullet to list items I see how many members are upset and disgruntled....do I, don't I?

Very disappointed with Folksy so far, much better results with Etsy. Stats they provide are really helpful, I have often contacted people who I can see have browsed many of my items but not purchased, and after discussions I have sold them custom work. Folksy MUST have better stats or I, and I suspect many others, will leave and go elsewhere...

PLEASE BRING BACK THE FACILITY TO KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE VIEWING MY PRODUCTS, I DON'T LIKE THE GOOGLE ANALYTICS.

Any news on when stats will be available? I am currently reviewing all my online shops, to see which ones serves be best and which ones I will delete. All other sites have stats which is very helpful but not Etsy. Look forward to your reply.

l too would love to know how many views my stock has had. l'm new to folksy, but have used another site with a views counter, which is really helpful. As a seller it's an indication as whats popular or not.

Yes I agree. Google Analytics is not good enough. I need a simpler 'page views' system. Please, please!!!

I agree with all the comments written and since Folksy have changed I am finding it difficult to use

I have only sold one item on folksy as opposed to 860 feedback on another website, ok I have only listed the items a month ago but very disappointing and more so not being able to see if anyone is viewing or not my items. Fingers crossed business will eventually pick up as I have got myself a plus account

I'd love to know if anyone - anyone at all! - is looking at my items. With the old Folksy we could at least see if there was any interest at all on an item and judge whether to relist or make something similar.

Can you let us know when this is happening? It is very frustrating not to see if anyone has even looked at my page listings. Can you please give us a date when to expect this to happen. Please, I have asked and so have others, we all want it back.. I posted this idea in April, 5 months has passed, please advise..
