Hi, is it possible to have some kind of data to show how many views and where views are coming from so we know which promoting is working.
Thank you

Link to ‘Shop views’ now on the left hand side of your Dashboard

Definitely agree. - the 'new' layout and search facility has drastically reduced the interest in my shop , I am not sure that people can even access it from the drop down menus. I much preferred the old way and the page view facility allowed you to see if anyone was getting to view your items, google is far too complicated with unecessary capabilities. Bring back the simple straightforward page view I say !!!

Have just found the following marked as 'planned' rather than 'under review', so hopefully they are on the case.......More than anything else, they must realise that monitoring page views is a reason for sellers to be knocking around on folksy (and once you're knocking around, you're far more likely to be tempted into buying the odd thing), I've no reason to look at my page nor the pages of others any longer as there is just no use in it!...... Anyway, here's the link and let's keep our fingers crossed eh?.....

Please re-add the page views function. I've signed up to google analytics and it is definitely not very easy to use!

Does anyone know HOW to use Google? I'm looking at it now and can't even see how I add an item or even Folksy!

I have tried using google analytics to monitor individual items I am selling but cannot fathom it at all - if there's a way to actually do this I would love to know.....
Surely, being able to monitor whether anyone has even looked at an item is an ESSENTIAL part of running a shop.....I am finding it incredibly frustrating that there's no "item views" count or at least the ability to add one via html
Getting this sorted would be a massive improvement, it really is like trying to run a shop blindfolded

How is this going? Have you decided yet as to putting back this option for us to see who has viewed our listing? My sales have definately dropped off and, If I could see that people actually viewed a listing at least I would know if people see me.. Lots of others want the same, come on Folksy give us it back!!!! Thanks Regards Jan Ellen

I agree - I have no way of know who, if anyone, is looking at my stuff. Very disheartening :-(

I agree - Google Analytics is just another site you have got to log on to - much better how it was

This is probably the setting I missed the most when the site had its revamp. Although it doesn't necessarily reflect in your sales, it can give you a good idea if your marketing is driving traffic to your shop and newly listed items. For someone who doesn't make big sales it offers a bit of hope that people are at least interested enough to click on the link you've been circulating.
