Make Shop Name an automatic extra tag on all listings in a shop
My daughter was looking for something in my shop the other day and observed it is a shame there is no facility to search for things within a specific shop. She is quite right.
Ok if you have a shop with limited stock but my shop is heaving with things and there's an awful lot of pages to get through if the thing you want is on the last page.
I did suggest that if she had added Joysofglass to her search term it might have helped as I very often add it as a tag.
From now on I am going to tag everything with my shopname and will add a note so people know to use it if they want to search for something specifically of mine.... but....

Character or space count for Tags
We have the ability to add up to 15 tags, but that can vary depending on the length of the actual tags used. It would be really helpful to have a counter of some kind that alerts you when you're exceeding the space - quite often I enter my keyword tags, publish the page, then see that the last tag has been cut in half or truncated. It makes updating tags very long winded and fiddly!

Include recipient's name with address on orders please
Please can the recipient's name be included with the address on the orders page? I have just had to refund a customer and cancel the order due to the confusion caused by the absence of a name on the parcel. The recipients' names need to be with their addresses especially as orders are sometimes sent to a third party and not always sent to the customer who has paid for the goods.

Body Jewellery Option
Hi, could an option for body jewellery be added? At the moment I have my piercing jewellery (nose and navel) listed as 'earrings'!

categories within cards for type e.g. letterpress, Handprinted, digital, pop-up etc
Lots of cards aren’t subject specific and people often search for cards by type e.g. pop up or letterpress rather than by message or occasion I think.

Sub category for felted items
I never know where to put my needle felted sculptures. I know there are sections for textile art and ornaments etc, but I think there are probably enough felting artists around now (both wet felting and needle felting) to warrant a sub category somewhere. Thanks.

Stock Level in Variations
Can we please have the ability to include stock levels in variations. We can include variations in price, but not the number of items available in each variation. Consequently if a particular item is sold out, it doesn’t reflect that in the listing.

larger thumbnails for photos, hard to see on a pc so even harder to see on a tablet etc
The thumbnails are so very small, I understand they are to help pick pics but they could be made to be bigger, unless I have missed that facility.

Auto drafting of half done listing page to stop loss of data
I put info into listing and if I mistakenly move to another window for some info, a lot of the already entered info is gone, i.e. materials, colour, and photos. That must be a bug. Can we have it automatically go to draft, it would save a lot of time not having to re enter info and details.

More categories
As I'm a maker of sketchbooks and other various handbound books they don't quite fit into any category on the website yet (my mini's arent scrapbooks or stationary either). Im sure other things from other makers don't fit into the categories that are on the site either? The previous idea on more categories didn't seem to get solved, only having "collections" on your shop changed. Looking at it as a customer to this website for the first time the categories the website has for browsing is small. As a seller, my items don't fit into any of the categories that customers can choose to browse

Pencils & Pens Sub-Category in Stationery Category
I sell HB pencils, but there isn't a pencils category. My choices are Homeware > Office > Everything Else, or to hash it and do Cards & Stationery > Stationery & Bookmarks and just pick one so that people actually looking for stationery can find them.
I feel like there should be a pencils and pens/writing implements category in Stationery. It's hard to predict what people are looking up when they're browsing categories (as opposed to searching 'pencil'). There are so many types of stationery as well, I feel like the category could be expanded.
I know there's the Homewares category already, but writing implements come under both homeware and stationery (or just stationery to be honest? Kind of a given that it's homeware?), and there isn't a pencils category in either at the moment.
My pencils are my bestseller on Etsy but rarely sell on Folksy and I think it's just that they aren't getting found by people having a browse!

Obvious feedback tab needed
I've got a shop here and have no feedback, I've just purchased items and not been able to find the feedback tab to leave feedback - please make it obvious so that a buyer can find it without looking ( I've still not found it!)

Ability to cross link our items
It would be very useful to be able to cross link items. The limited description field and images mean that some item which I would have grouped, now have to be split but I still need the customer to know that the alternative option is available.

free shipping banner on listings
Hi - would it be possible to have a free shipping graphic on thumbnail/main listing photographs so that customers browsing can see straight away that the price includes shipping ?
I remember Folksy saying that offering free shipping, even if you have included it in the price, can encourage buyers.

Pierced earrings returns
Should have words to the the effect 'Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund pierced goods or cosmetics Unless faulty,' as how does the seller know if they've been worn? Can't re sell goods through due diligence, even online companies have this exclusion.

It would be useful if we could create a free postage code, rather than a discount code. Or even just a code that we could set the value of - a little bit like a gift voucher redeemed on Purchases.

Would it be possible for previous featured sellers to have a link to their Folksy interview where the star is presently - ?
It may help in promoting in yourself as you can share your processes etc, and people can find out more about the maker if they want to.

The ability to use CSV files for bulk uploads of new inventory.
Using a CSV file with all your data under sub headings allows you to upload all of your inventory in one upload rather than having to list all items individually and would save a ridiculous amount of time.
