The Folksy logo and trademark are owned by Folksy Ltd. As a registered user of Folksy you are permitted to use this trademark only as it applies to the selling of your own items or examples of things you have made, for example “see my shop on Folksy”. The use of the logo is permitted in such circumstances.

You must not pass yourselves off or seek to be representatives of Folksy. Helping us to present Folksy in a consistent and high quality manner will ultimately benefit all the Folksy craft community.
