Folksy is a place to buy hand crafted gifts and handmade or commercial supplies. When you buy an item through Folksy, you buy directly from one of thousands of UK based designers and sellers.
For most enquiries, you will need to contact the individual seller.
Contacting the Seller
Please contact the individual seller directly if you would like to:
- Ask about a particular product or its availability
- Enquire about your order
- Send a message relating to your order such as a preference for size or colour
- Ask about a custom item
- Organise a return, refund or replacement
You can contact a seller on Folksy by clicking the ‘Contact’ link underneath the banner at the top of their shop page, or the 'Contact the Designer' link on any listing page. Please note that you will need to be registered with Folksy and logged in to do so.
Alternatively if you have placed an order with the seller, you can email them directly. You should have received a confirmation email containing the seller's email address (the address will be in the body of the email) when you placed your order on Folksy.
