How do I renew an expired listing?

To renew an expired listing, please go to your Your Shop > Dashboard, then click 'listings' on the left hand side. Click on the 'expired' tab. Click in the little box alongside the listings(s) you wish to renew - this should put a tick alongside those listings.

Once you have done that, click on the 'renew' button in the header bar at the top of the list. This will re-list the selected listing(s) for another 120 days (approx. 4 months).

You will be charged your usual rate to renew listings (free for Plus accounts, £0.15 + VAT per item for Basic accounts)
