Unable to upload banner or avatar Internet Explorer

Some functionality for the new shops does not work with older versions of some browsers. We are aware of an issue with uploading banners and avatars using older versions of Internet Explorer, or the current version but on an older operating system.

Our engineers are looking into it but unfortunately it doesn't look like a simple fix. In the meantime we can only advise that you use an other browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari to upload a banner and avatar.
