I didn't receive the verification email

Please check your spam folder to see if it’s in there.

If not, please make sure that you have added postie@folksy.com and robot@folksy.com to your email contacts and then request another email via the link on the 'your shop' page.

You will see a notification banner to tell you that the verification email has been sent. Please make a note of the email address that the email has been sent to. If this is an incorrect or invalid email address, please contact us so that we can update it. We will need the incorrect email address that you have used, as well as the correct email address that you would like it changing to.

If the email address is correct but you are still unable to find the email in your inbox or spam/trash folders, please contact us via the Helpdesk so that we can check that emails are being sent to you.
