I'm not receiving emails from Folksy

If you are a registered user, check your details to find out if we are emailing you at the right address. Please contact us if you don't have access to your registered email address (e.g. an old or invalid address) and we can update it for you. We will need the current incorrect email address along with the address you want to change it to:

https://folksy.com/myprofile/your_details

If your registered email address is correct, please note that some email providers will class emails from Folksy as ‘junk’ and not deliver them. In order to receive email from Folksy you may need to add postie@folksy.com noreply@folksy.com and robot@folksy.com to your trusted contacts list.

If you are not receiving our emails, please check that you have added the above email addresses to your email contacts, and that emails are not in your spam folder. If that doesn't help, please contact us and we can check if the emails are being sent by our system.
