One click Contact Buyer on sale notification please.
I like to contact a buyer as soon as I can to acknowledge the sale and I'm sure I am not the only Folksy seller who does this. At the moment it takes far too many clicks to get to where we can send that important message. Please can we have a button/link so that we can do this easily, quickly and with the transaction details in place as reference for both parties removing the need to copy and paste the information.
We now provide the buyer’s e-mail address within the e-mail notification upon sale, so we recommend you use this to contact the buyer to acknowledge the sale.

i have made my 1st sale and nowhere can i find where i can send a message to the buyer. Is the only way to contact the buyer is to leave the Folksy site and send the buyer an email?

I agree, I have been trying to contact a buyer about a delayed delivery as my printer packed up. As it is they are just going to think I have forgotten about them :-(

I used the email in your notification but my email was rejected as spam, probably because it had no Folksy reference.

Have tried to contact buyer via email in your message but they were not delivered. I need to contact regarding size.

Surely this is confusing for buyers to receive an email from another address without the Folksy reference on it. I simply can't understand why you don't want messages to remain within the folksy site as this must encourage customers to come back to folksy. As a seller it is really frustrating to have to email customers separately. Please bring back one click messaging!!!!
