Folksy listings last for 120 days (approx. 4 months), or until the item is sold out or manually de-listed (by reducing the in-stock quantity of the listing to zero) or deleted by you. That is the case for both the Basic account and the Plus account.

If your items for sale have disappeared from your shop, it is usually because the listings have expired and you will find them in your expired listings: Your Account > Manage Your Items > Expired

If you believe that your listings have not expired, please contact us and we can confirm for you. Please note that if Folksy Admin remove one or more of your listings for any reason, you will be contacted.
