I completely agree - it makes it look as though people are unhappy with their purchase when your feedback total doesn't match your items sold total. Some people make multiple purchases and can only leave one feedback, and other people are guests or just don't do feedback regardless of whether they are happy with their purchase. It is unfair on the seller as it makes them look dubious, and could put off potential customers, especially guests who don't know how Folksy works.
