    I have had prospective customers message me with wrong email addresses & my replies have been returned to me.
    This means that they will think I haven't bothered replying to their enquiry & makes my customer service look bad

  3. I would like to see different lists for 'just listed' (new items) and 're listed' (re listed or expired items)
