I too am finding that I have to move items around so that I don't have one item featuring as the lead photo in more than one collection, so support the suggestion of having a static photo set for each collection.
As others have said, the size of the photos is a nuisance and I would prefer them to be square to prevent the poor cropping effect.
Having said that, the new format is great and a vast improvement - thank you Folksy
