We are currently creating an API for Folksy listings which will allow us to launch an app for sellers. Sellers would then be able to use this on their mobile devices and tablets to list and manage their Folksy orders on Folksy. At this stage the app will be for sellers rather than customers, but all the development work we are doing on Folksy is now in an app-friendly format so that it can be used by app technology in the future.
You can now add Folksy listings to your Facebook page by creating a catalogue on Facebook. We have set up a new data feed page to make this easier. Just add .rss to your whole shop URL (eg https://folksy.com/shops/claregetscrafty.rss) and follow the instructions here https://www.facebook.com/business/help/384041892421495?id=725943027795860

No, I've had this problem too, trying to find my own shop!

I've always wondered why Folksy didn't have an app like Etsy! Of course cost! It does sound like a good idea crowd funding though!

The easiest way to integrate your Folksy shop and your Facebook page is to create a catalogue on Facebook. To make this easier, we have added a new ‘data feed page’ option. Just add .rss to your whole shop URL (eg https://folksy.com/shops/claregetscrafty.rss) and then follow the instructions here https://www.facebook.com/business/help/384041892421495?id=725943027795860
That should enable you to create a catalogue from your Folksy shop that updates automatically when you add a new listing or something sells out.

I have both Etsy apps and would find that I would probably sell on Folksy more if there was an app for sellers (and for buyers too). I would prefer to use Folksy as they are UK based and help support them, but it does make it difficult without an app. Plus, they are getting left behind tech wise!!!

Maybe a Folksy seller knows someone who designs apps?
