Neutral feedback being "neutral"
Those with small numbers of feedback can really have their ratings slashed by the maths of the way the percentages work. Despite the number of sales, if the feedback scores are low, one neutral feedback ( which I got because I didn't put any freebies in the parcel, I know because the buyer has told me!) can slash a sellers rating.

Neutral feedback is now neutral.

Seems quite unfair. Surely neautral should be neither happy or unhappy, so why should it effect your positve percentage. I think some buyers dont realise when they choose this option.
