    Totally agree! If you try and delete them you are advised against it because they are linked to a URL of what you have sold, I think.

    Buyers have told me that find it difficult to locate feedback so they don't bother.
    Plus I have had only one neutral that has brought my level from 100% to 95%. The buyer told me that she thought my products were wonderful but I got a nuetral because I hadn't supplied a free gift!
