Please find some way of leaving feedback with guest log in purchases, I have just had sales of 4 items through guest log in, and whilst the customers have let me know to my own email account that they are happy,my positive feedback score is suffering.. This problem will only get worse as I suspect most people will buy though guest now they can

I currently have a feedback rate of 5% though I too have had positive feedback by e-mail. This really does make my stats look bad as most of my purchasers have not been members. Please please please can you sort this?

I, also wished to give positive feedback to the designer, Caroline Barnes, but no where am I able to do this other than to send her a message, which I have done. This must be addressed, please.

I always put a note in with my goods to encourage the buyer to leave feedback against my account and have only recently found out that guest buyers are unable to do so.
It is a shame as with fairly good sales but less that 50% feedback (albeit all positive) it might be off-putting to other potential buyers.

I heartily agree.
It is a totally unfair system that you need to register as a member of Folksy in order to leave feedback for an article you have bought.
I too have had buyers using guest log in to buy, then realising they need to register, being willing enough to do this, and still discovering that its too late for them to be able to leave feedback.
I hope that if this system is improved, then buyers who sent comments that were intended to be visible as feedback to other buyers, can be allowed this retrospectively.
Its pretty off-putting, and doesn't match other selling sites.
