Please can we have some kind of notification when new reviews have been posted on our shops. could it possibly be added to shop stats, or shop activity? Or an email notification? Thanks18 votes

Would it be possible for previous featured sellers to have a link to their Folksy interview where the star is presently - ?
It may help in promoting in yourself as you can share your processes etc, and people can find out more about the maker if they want to.

You can now find a link to each of the featured seller interviews on this page – https://folksy.com/featured/sellers. We agree it would also be good to link to the interviews directly from the shop page, so we’ll hopefully be able to introduce that at some point too.
With Royal Mail putting up the price of stamps again (grr!) it would be good to be able to offer a choice of cheaper or faster postage depending on the buyer's needs.119 votes
This is a nice idea. The full range of postage options (1st class, 2nd class, signed-for, recorded delivery, personal collection, etc) might be a little tricky to design for though, not to mention more complicated for buyers.
We’ll have a think though and will consider what might work best.
Folksy development team
I'm currently setting up a new Folksy shop and have tried to put several listings as Drafts ready to list them when I'm ready. When you preview a listing your only options are to 'make changes' or 'list item'. If you just abandon it and click back to your dashboard it saves it as a draft. That's fine, it works but it seems a bit hit and miss. Plus you then need to navigate through 'manage listings', find 'Draft items' to start another.

Hello. Yes, this is an entirely sensible suggestion. We may be able to include this when we next work on the Listing screen.
Please can you make it possible for Shop owners to put up the dates of when their shop will be closed and then re open ?
Preferably underneath the shop banner in large and bold lettering for customers.47 votes

We will be reviewing the way that feedback works in the future, and will take this situation into consideration, so that we can more accurately reflect positive buying experiences on the site.
When you list or edt an item, we are taken to see item and no option to edit another without having to go back to our shop again., It would be good to be able to list another there or edit another !7 votes
A link to list another item could be added to the confirmation message and the prompt to share the item on social networks.
