Please find some way of leaving feedback with guest log in purchases, I have just had sales of 4 items through guest log in, and whilst the customers have let me know to my own email account that they are happy,my positive feedback score is suffering.. This problem will only get worse as I suspect most people will buy though guest now they can147 votes
We’re going to be reviewing the way that feedback works in the future. When we do so, we’ll look at incorporating a way for guest buyers to participate too.
With Royal Mail putting up the price of stamps again (grr!) it would be good to be able to offer a choice of cheaper or faster postage depending on the buyer's needs.116 votes
This is a nice idea. The full range of postage options (1st class, 2nd class, signed-for, recorded delivery, personal collection, etc) might be a little tricky to design for though, not to mention more complicated for buyers.
We’ll have a think though and will consider what might work best.
Folksy development team
I'm currently setting up a new Folksy shop and have tried to put several listings as Drafts ready to list them when I'm ready. When you preview a listing your only options are to 'make changes' or 'list item'. If you just abandon it and click back to your dashboard it saves it as a draft. That's fine, it works but it seems a bit hit and miss. Plus you then need to navigate through 'manage listings', find 'Draft items' to start another.

Hello. Yes, this is an entirely sensible suggestion. We may be able to include this when we next work on the Listing screen.
Could there a note beside the feedback box suggesting buyers contact the seller before leaving negative feedback? It seems unfair to have negative feedback on your record for a situation that you then fixed for them, eg. resent an item that never arrived.34 votes

Please can you make it possible for Shop owners to put up the dates of when their shop will be closed and then re open ?

Could we have the ability to add an image to our meet the maker page - perhaps a picture of our workrooms, us creating our products, craft fair display of products etc - think it would really add something to those pages.33 votes

When you list or edt an item, we are taken to see item and no option to edit another without having to go back to our shop again., It would be good to be able to list another there or edit another !7 votes
A link to list another item could be added to the confirmation message and the prompt to share the item on social networks.
