I've also asked this question of Folksy by email but didn't get a positive reply. I was told to look in Shopkeeping which is an impossible task & takes up way too much valuable time. A search function within our dashboard really is a must.

Totally agree, it would be much fairer to rotate sellers. There's a lot of sellers who just don't get seen & as a consequence don't sell as much. So this does need to be looked at urgently to improve chances of sales for all sellers.
In turn this should increase revenue to Folksy in terms of commissions.
This improvement was first requested over 10 years ago, yet it's still not been implemented. Why not after such a long time?
It would make life so much easier for so many sellers to be able to choose from 1, 2, 3, or 1 week despatch times. It's unrealistic for Folksy to expect that we edit every product manually.
I'm usually able to post next day, but sometimes I have to put more time into making a product which requires a despatch time of 2 days. So I don't want to select 3 days, as this may put some customers off buying.
Please Folksy make this a priority.
