    Could it not be a requirement in the conditions of listing that if you're using a Trademarked image (Disney etc), you have to state in your listing maybe that you have a license to do so. Failure to state your permission to use such things would then be a cause for reporting them and they could be challenged?

  2. Is it fair for pro sellers to constantly list their items so they are in top 40?

    I'd prefer there to be a limit on the number of items a shop can relist per day. I used to love looking at the recently listed page and often bought items on impulse that I saw there, but it gets very boring when there are big blocks of items all from the same shop so it puts me off looking.
