Please add this facility. In a previous comment you say that this has been done. However, it's just not working. If I type into the search area "Long red necklace", I do not get results that match all that criteria at all. I seem to get everything that has either "long", "red" or "necklace" in its description. Confirmation email
Would be really useful to have a confirmation email sent automatically to a custom when they place an order.
4 votesAll buyers are already sent an automatic confirmation email when they place an order. This email goes to their registered email address if they are a registered Folksy user, or the email address they stated at checkout if they are a guest buyer

One click Contact Buyer on sale notification please.
I like to contact a buyer as soon as I can to acknowledge the sale and I'm sure I am not the only Folksy seller who does this. At the moment it takes far too many clicks to get to where we can send that important message. Please can we have a button/link so that we can do this easily, quickly and with the transaction details in place as reference for both parties removing the need to copy and paste the information.

Past monthly billing information
Under Your Folksy Bill, please can the historic paid bills be ordered so that the most recent bill is at the top of the list, and the earliest bill is at the bottom? At the moment, the order is from earliest to most recent, which means having to scroll right down to the bottom of the page to see your most recent bills. Thanks.

Fees
The new fees system is really squeezing any ability to make money! Also it discourages multiple listings as it costs the same as a new listing. It's therefore better to list 1 item and make sure it sells before adding additional items. Coupled with the increased commission and the reduction in selling period, it is getting expensive to sell through Folksy.

Items wanted section
How about a section in the forums for 'items wanted'? If a potential customer is unable to find what they want, they could post their idea for the makers to see. It sometimes happens now, but it's spread across the forums. It would also be on-going market research for makers.

being able to attach images in messages
When customers have messaged you and are interested in commissioning a piece from you, it would be great if you could be able to attach a photo or image of your proposed design in your message, so it keeps you and your customer in Folksy and not have get them to give you their email address.

Empty shops
I searched "felt", absolutely dozens of shops came up In a list. I've so far reached the 23rd shop and its void of stock.
This frustrates me, the potential buyer, and takes away from the sellers who have items in their shops eager to please.
Can you filter the shops selling only with actual "felt" tagged to their item to list up?
It's a pretty straight forward string that'll make us all happy.2 votesIn stock shops are now shown as default. Out of stock shops are still accessible via an optional tab.

Could we please have a polymer clay category under the jewellery category
At the moment I am listing my polymer clay brooches under the jewellery category and then brooches.
Please could we have a polymer clay category as at the moment my items are going into the everything else category.

A selection of navigational tabs should appear on top of every page
At the moment, as a new user, navigation through the site is either tapping on the home text "folksy" or pressing back key.
Just like every other site, you need to allow users to get where they want easily... Take a look at John Lewis' site

"Your Orders" does not include sale date...
Was doing some book-keeping but cannot find a sale date on any items sold - am I overlooking it??? "Your Orders" should include the date the item sold and the date it was marked as despatched.

More images per item, image linking and captions.
I am finding it difficult to feature item details as well as colour options due to limited per item images. I have had to split some of my products to allow for the variations.
Some of the items are very similar in colour and hard to discern without either the ability to caption images or better still, link an image to a variation as we do in Etsy.2 votesFolksy Plus account sellers can now add up to 10 images per listing. Can we have a multiple delete facility please - for delisted / draft items.
It is really aggravating to have pages and pages of old listings which have to be individually deleted. Can we please have a facility to tick any we want to and then delete them all in one easy push of the enter button. Joysofglass

Using Characters "!/? etc in 'Message to seller'
Several of my customers have contacted me saying they can not complete their purchases and the common problem is using "?!-/ i.e non-standard characters.
Is there a way you can allow these characters? Or even add a note explaining they can not use them?

Can you create a new listing based on an existing listing?
Unless I've missed something is it possible to create a new listing based on an existing listing? This would save so much time and effort.
