Feedback left v Feedback %
Currently feedback is shown as the amount of feedback and a percentage. When the amount of feedback doesn't match the amount of sales, it does rather suggest that people weren't happy but declined to leave negative or neutral feedback.
So I suggest that the box should show Items Sold and feedback % only. Eg:
Items sold: 100
Feedback: 100% positive
Though still make it clickable so people can go and see what feedback has been left.

I totally agree with this. I have sold many items and had very little feedback because they have been guest buyers or found it tricky to leave feedback. Some people have contacted me direct to say how pleased they are. I do think that the present situation could put buyers off.

I agree with this entirely. In fact I suggested this a while ago. It would be so much more positive both for individual shops and for Folksy as a whole.

I totally agree. I've sold over 180 items but have only got 76 lots of feedback, even though every customer has been delighted with their purchases and all have sent me messages to say so. I'm now getting more and more guest buyers who cannot leave feedback and, of course, if people buy 3 or 4 items then only one lot of feedback shows. I think it would be much better to just show the % of good feedback. Martine

Buyers have told me that find it difficult to locate feedback so they don't bother.
Plus I have had only one neutral that has brought my level from 100% to 95%. The buyer told me that she thought my products were wonderful but I got a nuetral because I hadn't supplied a free gift! -

I completely agree - it makes it look as though people are unhappy with their purchase when your feedback total doesn't match your items sold total. Some people make multiple purchases and can only leave one feedback, and other people are guests or just don't do feedback regardless of whether they are happy with their purchase. It is unfair on the seller as it makes them look dubious, and could put off potential customers, especially guests who don't know how Folksy works.

I totally agree with this. I have had hardly any feedback compared to sales. I don't like the way the percentage thing makes it look so negative if people haven't left feedback.

Totally agree with this, Even if your current feedback is 100%, which is great, if that feedback is given on 50% of your sales, the other 50% with no feedback could be seen as a negative. I know a lot of people would rather leave no feedback than say something negative, so I'm sure they would read it that way too. If feedback is 100% positive then that's all prospective buyers would need to know at a glance. I'd hope they could still click and read the feedback for themselves if they wanted to though.
Would be nice if guest buyers could leave feedback too...there have been some who have had to contact the sellers direct as there is nowhere to leave any feedback. Most just don't bother though. -

I'd actually rather keep the feedback comments and do away with the % to be honest. The feedback % is too much like EBay for my liking!

I too would like to see less emphasis on the quantity of feedback. Not every buyer wishes to engage with the seller or the site in this way and other potential buyers, who are perhaps more familiar with the ebay feedback system may misinterpret low feedback to sales ratios as a negative.

I 100% agree. Now so many of my sales are via guests all my recent lovely positive feedback has been via personal emails rather than as an increment to my Folksy feedback count.

I totally agree with this!! Especially since customers who use the guest facility are unable to leave feed back, most of my sales have been from guests and some have emailed to say how happy they are but cannot leave feedback.
