  2. Enable buyers to instantly download digital purchases. I.e. for PDF sewing & knitting patterns

    I sell e-patterns and would like to be able to upload them to each listing so a buyer can instantly download it once purchased to save me having to email it for every sale.
    A category for PDF downloads would be great, its vastly becomming the preferred option for buyers of sewing patterns and other websites are offering this. It could cover a wide range of tutorials such as crafts, arts and digital supplies.

  3. Hyperlinks

    Please could we have the ability to post hyperlinks to other listings in our descriptive text. For example - blue cushion cover . I have a matching red one which makes up a pair (hyperlink to that listing ). I think this would be a really useful additional tool to help promote our items.

  4. photo adjustment and catagory creation for own shop and shipping policy

    Hi, I am very new to Folksy , and hoping Folksy will do great in future, and very impressed by the website setting, but i do have few problems would love to communicate with the Admin, 1 , most of my photo of from my list is up side down for some reason , i could not change the direction.
    2. I sell different jewelry supplies also other item , it will be great if we can create our own category, so it will not look so confusion , for example , i sell different charms and different charm belong…

  5. Shop Stats

    Is it possible to make the shop or item views clearer, something along the lines of Etsy?? With the current Folksy system I find it difficult to tell how many views I've had per item per day. I have set up Google analytics but do not find that particularly helpful, not very user friendly nor intuitive. Cheers.

  6. Shopkeeping ....

    Please can any items that have NOT been catagorised please appear at the top of the page and not at the bottom when listing a new item or anywhere when listing a copied listing!
    When you have a large shop it is extremely time consuming to sort through it.

  7. Download your shop orders to help with accounts

    I'd like to be able to download a csv file of my sales so that I can add them into my accounts package or spreadsheets in one go, rather than having to do it all manually.

  8. Show that you've reduced a price

    It would be good if you could show a price reduction when you have a sale i.e. was £15 now £10 with the £15 crossed through so the buyers can see that you have actually reduced it as opposed to just saying that you have.

  9. Ability to see price in "listed items" (Seller Dash > Manange Listings) list

    I would love it if the "listed items" list showed prices and possibly postage too. I often want to refer to the price of an item for another listing or for a customer enquiry elsewhere and it is a pain to have to go right into the product listing to get its price/postage.

  10. Collections Images

    With the all new shop face (LOVE LOVE LOVE it by the way!!) please can we have the ability to upload collection images.

    I've set my shop (currently) with 18 collections and all of my items are in at least 2 of them. I've just tried to make it so each category has a different style and colour of glass work so it show a wide selection of the pieces I make so it looks inviting.   12. Nightwear category

    At the moment there is no specific category for nightwear. Nightwear currently appears under, category: Lingerie, sub-category: Everything Else or Category: Clothing and Shoes, sub-category: pyjamas. Because there is not much nightwear on the site, I think it would be better to have one catch all sub-category of nightwear either in the Lingerie or Clothing and Shoes category.

  13. Notification against Feedback option

    Would it be possible to have a notification against the feedback option under the Activity section on the dashboard showing when someone left a feedback comment or alternatively sending an email as some other website do.Thanks x

  14. "Search this shop" feature - please!!

    I have lots of items in my shop, even I have trouble finding a particular item!

    My customers are now emailing me and asking "do you have any Alice in Wonderland things left" etc. Then I have to trawl through my shop and send them the links as they cannot be bothered to scroll through my whole shop looking for them.

    I know that this loses me sales - and Folksy money. It's madness, and a very basic requirement.

    PLEASE look into this as a matter of importance - Etsy is looking more attractive by the second!

  15. please can you change the wording on the 'Holiday Mode' announcement to something more general.

    Currently says Holiday! 'We're currently away and won't be able to process orders!' but I think it needs to be more general for those closing their shops for other reasons.

    I've just popped my shop in holiday mode as it's half term- spending time with kids and prepping for upcoming fairs and spending less time online for a week. I'm NOT away and really not happy that the current shop announcement suggests I'm not at home- it's a security risk .Something more general like 'Shop temporarily Closed- We will reopen soon' would fit most circumstances. Space to add reopen dates…

  16. Sold items on expired listings list!

    Some of my listing have started to expire, whilst browsing my expired items to decide which to relist, I noticed that my sold items were also coming up on my expired list. This caused some confusion - in fact I relisted an item that had already sold!

    The only way I could prevent them from ending up on my expired list and causing confusion between what I had available to relist, and what had already sold. was to delete my sold items. Now my 'view sold item' link on my shop shows no items at all.

    Surely the sold items…

  17. A 'Sale' or 'Special Offer' format for listings please

    I'm trying to run a 7 day promotion at the moment in my 'Spare' shop, but it's all very manual to list offer, and show discount. I'd also like to run the offer for a limited time, then revert back to full price.

    Would be lovely to have the ability to do this is a more commercial format. And also have a sale / special offer section on Folksy so users can find these discounts easily, when available. Good for customers, good for sellers.

  18. The ability to list one item in more than one category

    I sell jewellery and many of my items could be listed equally into the 'regular' jewellery category or the wedding jewellery category. It would be fantastic if we could have the option to list an item in two categories at the same time, without having to list one item twice - which is what I am having to do, so I don't miss any prospective customers. I am concerned that it appears I have two exactly the same items available, when I only have one, but in two categories. Would this change be possible?

  19. Can dates be added to Holiday mode

    Please can you make it possible for Shop owners to put up the dates of when their shop will be closed and then re open ?
    Preferably underneath the shop banner in large and bold lettering for customers.

  20. IT would be useful if we could have a download to save of all of our listings in our shops.

    I would find it very useful if i could take a download of all of the listings in my shop. Would this be possible please?
