  2. Gift box/ gift wrapping

    Gift box / gift wrapping tick box at checkout. With seller access to set their own cost for this option when someone clicks as option.

  3. Preview listing fees to be charged when creating a listing

    When previewing an item that you're about to list, it would be a lot more transparent for Folksy to tell you how much they will charge on your bill for listing the item. This is especially pertinent for new customers who read 'First 3 listings are FREE' but add for example 4 items to their first new listing and incur a charge as Folksy's interpretation of First 3 listings are FREE really means first 3 items across listings are FREE.

    im loving folksy, but please allow us to upload 10 photos at once when listing an item, rather than 1 at a time its so painful!

  5. Report seller button for reporting rogue shops

    with the increase in scam shops would be good to have a 'report seller' or 'report shop' button in addition to the current 'report item' button so we can more quickly highlight where a whole shop is bogus.

    Hi, I've just opened a shop selling hand stamped vintage spoons and there currently isn't really an appropriate subcategory for them, could they maybe have one under 'kitchen and dining' that is something like 'cutlery and flatware' or 'tablewares'?

  9. New Subcategory Under Weddings for Flowers Please

    Hey, I'm a Faux Florist specialising in Wedding Flowers. When I go to list my corsages and buttonholes there is no dedicated category for them.

    I feel like my work has no place.
    Instead of having it under stationery and accessories (which is not even correct because people will assume it means stationery accessories)
    Please have a section under Weddings as Flowers, in that Flowers section you have Bouquets, Corsages, Buttonholes, Hair Flowers, Cake flowers, Flower arrangements and Other

    It would be a massive help for myself and others to fit into the wedding section.

  10. Auto Export of sales to QuickBooks

    I use quickbooks for accounting and customer payments and to send invoices and record all purchases and expenses like postage. It would be really great if the folksy store could be linked to QuickBooks just like my Amazon Etsy EBay or Woocommerce store and automatically import all customer data and sales data into quick books.

  12. Free Text field in Postage section, that can be bulk edited.

    Hi there
    Is it possible to have a free text field under the Delivery and Postage heading please?

    I send my items with free postage, but want to buyer to know HOW I send it - eg Royal Mail 1st Class signed for. There is nowhere I can write this except in the main description. But the info really needs to be under the postage section.

    The problem: Due to postage costs rises I am having to change to 2nd class post. I have had to go into each of my listings and change this for every one manually.

  14. Videos option on listings please

    Not sure if this has been suggested before. But a video of our listings would be so useful. I find using videos on Instagram really attracted comments. It also shows off my work so much better than a photo. It would be great to have this option.

  15. Clickable links in listings

    It would be really handy to be able to include clickable links in our listings. This way, we could link similar/ matching items without customers having to trawl through each of our shop sections.

  16. New material option for Spoon

    I make a lot of spoon jewellery, and used to add spoon as a material option. There is now an automatic option for wooden spoon and bead, meaning I can't use the word spoon. Please add this as an option. Thanks

  17. Ability to add tracking number to order/dispatch emails

    Hi all

    I send high value items and always use a tracked service.
    I think it would be really useful if when marking an item as shipped, i could also add the tracking reference.

    I understand that I can email the customer with this info, but it would be great if that info was in their dispatch email/folksy account.

  18. Improve Dashboard

    Shop Settings, Shop Appearance, Shopkeeping - all confusing, i never know which one is which eg when looking to change Announcement.
    Simplify to one category eg SHOP SETTINGS, then drop down options such as
    Edit Announcement
    Edit About information
    Etc
